The Academy of Volleyball
The volleyball academy is a sports academy that its mission is to provide their students the knowledge and skills of this famous sport. The academy instructs their individuals with all the details that you need to become a professional at the sport or also for fitness reasons.
The history of volleyball rejects back to February 9th of 1895. In that year a physical education director from the YMCA located in Holyoke, Massachusetts called William Morgan had invented a new game called Mintonette, which was played indoors with any number of players. In 1896 the first exhibition of this sport occurred in the YMCA. The name of the sport was changed to Volleyball academy by an observer called Alfred Halstead who noticed the volleying nature of the sport on that same year that the first exhibition occurred. Volley ball is a team sport form by two teams of six players each. Both teams are separated by a net that is located on the middle of the volleyball court. Each team mission is to try to score points by grounding the ball into the other teams court, with certain volleyball rules that each team needs to follow.
The volleyball academy instructs their individuals with a complete volleyball training for a clear understanding of the sport. The training consists of several volleyball programs which help the students improve their skills and have success on the sport. This sport has several leagues around the world. The name of a famous volleyball league in the United States is called Association of Volley ball Professionals (AVP).
